1 Day Itinerary: WELCOME TO VANG VIENG!!!
Your trip commences in the morning wherein you will be cycling out of Vang Vieng in mountain bikes provided by us. You will cycle on bamboo bridges over the Nam Song river and eventually make way towards Poukham cave. From here, you will trek up the mountain and unearth a rather magnificent sculpture of Buddha in the old and mysterious cave, hidden away from the rest of the world. As you have been amazed by this strange cave, time permitting, you can take some respite and cool yourself off in the serene, clear waters of the Blue Lagoon. After a refreshing swim, you will then brave the rugged dirt roads that are also a part of the Blue Lagoon loop. On this route, you will endure over almost 30 kilometers of rough cycling. However, do not feel disappointed if you have missed out on capturing memories of this trip, as cycling through this route will offer you plenty opportunities to frame some of the most picturesque sceneries of not only flora and fauna but also of local villages that fall along your route. Also, several short breaks during this time will help you recover from the effects of the bumpy road!
After riding for entire 30 kilometers, your trip will conclude and you will head back to Vang Vieng, again crossing over the Nam Song river and reaching back into the town centre.
