Reach new heights on Borneo’s highest peak, a climb that you can proudly tick off your bucket list but not without a challenge. The climb will test your endurance and strength and even your tolerance to cold (Don’t worry beginners, you can totally handle this). But don’t be deterred. What awaits you at the summit will all be worth it. And this conquest will surely earn you some serious bragging rights.
It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. If you have a history of suffering from the following ailments, it is highly recommend that you should refrain from climbing: Hypertension, Diabetes, Palpitation, Arthritis, Heart disease, severe anemia, Peptic ulcers, Epileptic fits, Obesity (overweight), Chronic asthma, Muscular cramps, Hepatitis (jaundice); or any other disease which may hamper the climber.
Children below 15 years old must fill in the indemnity form upon registration at Park Headquarters.

Hotel pick-up (door-to-door service with multiple pick-ups)
Arrive at Kinabalu Park Headquarters. Briefing and registration. ID Tag application and mountain guide assignment
Transfer to Timpohon Gate (starting point)
Climb to Panalaban Base Camp (3272m) for approximately 4-5 hours. Check into accommodation.
Dinner and overnight
Wake up to eat and continue on the ascent to Low’s Peak (4095m)
Start descent back to camp for breakfast and check out. Continue descent to Timpohon Gate.
Arrival at Timpohon Gate. Transfer back to Kinabalu Park Headquarters. Collect Certificate of Achievement.
Lunch and journey back to Kota Kinabalu City for approximately 2 hours
